Members of the Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge-Guelph and surrounding areas who are festival and event planners can attend our Marketplace event to meet with suppliers and learn about what's hot for 2025.

Attention Vendors

Load in will be Monday, February 24th anytime between 1pm to 5pm. You must be ready by 8:00am Tuesday morning

Load out will be around 2:00m Wednesday February 25.

Go to registration desk to pick up your name tag, as you will need it for the evening festivities.

You are invited to participate at the Welcome Reception that will be held from 6 – 7:30pm at City Hall Rotunda for hors d'oeuvres and cash bar, then dinner and beer (included with registration) networking and entertainment at Bobby O’Brien’s Irish Pub downtown Kitchener, it is on the way back to the hotel.

If you require access by a loading dock, come by the Halls Lane that is adjacent to the hotel building nearby our ground level parking. Contact our banquets team at (226) 972 - 4226 or email at david@cpkw-hotel.com if required. Otherwise, enter from the front of the building, go to the elevators and come to the 2nd floor.

If you need electricity, please bring an extension cord, and hotel staff will help you in accessing power. There may be a minimal cost. Don’t forget your booth insurance, with FEO as 2nd insured.  In a week or so, a list of delegates will be sent to you to promote your attendance in Marketplace.

 

Parking Instructions

Please use the parking garage on Halls Lane beside the hotel to access the lower level of the garage. For bigger trucks, you'll need to park on the upper level with access off of Charles Street. Here's a map for you CLICK HERE
