Session Title: Strategic Event Selection: How Agencies Curate for Clients and How Producers can optimize their approach for better outcomes

In this session, guests will adopt a client advocate mindset and learn how events + festivals are sourced and carefully selected on behalf of clients/brands to meet specific needs and objectives. They will be guided through the entire process, from project start to finish, exploring key factors agencies look for in events, how agencies and client advocates evaluate and compare events + festivals, and what makes certain events stand out over others, ultimately leading to valuable sponsorship agreements. Participants will walk away having learned the process of hand-picking events, how to make their event/festival more appealing from the get-go and how to better position themselves for greater success.

Outcomes:

1. Client-Centric Event Selection: Guests will learn how to adopt a client advocate mindset, enabling them to tailor their approach to meet the specific needs and objectives of clients and brands.

2. Effective Event Evaluation Awareness: Guests will gain insights into the key factors agencies and client advocates use to evaluate and compare events + festivals, allowing them to identify how to stand out and deliver the most value.

3. Sponsorship Success Strategies: Guests will learn how to position their events + festivals to attract sponsors. They will learn strategies to enhance overall appeal to help secure valuable sponsorship agreements.
