Using real-world examples, participants will learn how site-mapping tools like OnePlan can be combined with accessible, everyday office software to create to-scale site plans, organized workflows, and simple task systems that anyone can follow. The emphasis is on efficiency, clarity, and repeatability—especially for non-profit events and municipal teams working with constrained resources.
